 The 14th International Economic Forum opens in Saint Petersburg today. Economic modernization is among the top issues on the agenda.
Some 10,000 people, including some state leaders, top businessmen and ministers, are participating in the 2-day forum to discuss possible solutions to the global financial crisis.
The Presidents of Russia and France, Dmitry Medvedev and Nicolas Sarkozy, are expected to address the forum as part of the ‘Revising Global Development’ conference. |
