 New Program’s new terms and updated interest has been applied from 01/08/2010, which up to 11.2% per annum in VND and up to 5.3% per annum in USD. Highest prize is a package tour to Russia amounted to VND 48 million. VRB awards the prize twice a year with the fixed date accrued on Feb. 28 (or 29) and Aug. 31 which carried out on the next month.
